Luxury chambres d'hôtes

Mèze Maison is a 19th century wine merchant's house which has undergone extensive renovation into a stylish home rental. It lies at the heart of a vibrant seaside village in the Languedoc wine region of the south of France, great for swimming, fishing and sailing. 

Mèze Maison offers four luxurious ensuite bedrooms in a large house in the centre of the old town. Each room has been individually designed to offer a home from home experience. Shops, restaurants and the harbour and beach are all within a few minutes walk. There is free parking in the castle car park just 100m from the property. We can also offer off street parking close by. 

Room prices from 120€ a night. 

The feel of the house is relaxed luxury. So think antique mirrors and chandeliers, exposed beams and original panelled doors and beautiful beds with high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. 

Mèze is just half an hour's drive from Montpellier and Béziers airports and nestles on l’étang de Thau, a calm salt water lagoon which supplies France with around a tenth of its oysters.

It is also home to France's second largest sailing school providing lessons in conventional sailing as well as kite and wind surfing.
