All rooms have internet clock radios, air conditioning, complimentary bottled water, coffee machines and TV with DVD player. We have an extensive DVD library. 

We also supply bath and hand towels, hair dryers and baskets with beach towels in every room. The beach is just a five minute stroll away.

Breakfast is included in the booking cost and is served in the salon. 

We offer complimentary water and soft drinks. Please help yourself from our fridge in the kitchen.

Guests are also welcome to buy their own wine and chill it in our wine fridge. There is an excellent wine shop just two minutes walk from the property and we can happily advise on what to buy. Picpoul de Pinet and Saint-Chinian are two of our favourites.

The sitting room is open to guests throughout the day. We offer a range of local travel books as well as an extensive DVD library. 

There is free wifi connectivity for fibre internet access throughout the house. 

The property is 1 minute walk from the car park attached to the town's château where there are many parking spaces available free of charge. For free parking, be sure to choose those spaces not surrounded by blue lines. You can also park your car in spaces throughout the town free of charge wherever there a space is surrounded by white dotted lines. For those who prefer, we have private off street parking a 150m walk from the property. We can direct you when you arrive.
